At Rinjani Hitts, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy for our Mount Rinjani tour packages:

Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to our customer service team at [insert email address].
Please include your booking reference number and full name in your cancellation request.

Cancellation Fees
More than 30 Days Before Departure:Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total tour package price.
15 to 30 Days Before Departure:Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total tour package price.
Less than 15 Days Before Departure:Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour package price.

No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the scheduled tour.

Changes to Booking
If you need to reschedule your tour, requests must be made in writing at least 15 days before the original departure date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used at the time of booking.

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, Rinjani Hitts reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund without additional charges.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel or reschedule your trip.
